Our brand new gas fireplace insert stopped working the week before Christmas. We had family arriving the next day, and really needed it to work! The supplier wasn’t able to come out for over a week to take a look, so we contacted Sprauge Mechanical. Tre was amazing! He added us to his busy schedule the next day. When he arrived he assessed the problem and repaired the unit within minutes. He was pleasant and professional. We are beyond grateful and highly recommend.
